Coronavirus COVID-19 Update
At Weatherbeeta we care deeply about our employees, customers and communities and want to be sure that we keep them healthy and safe during this unprecedented time. In line with the latest government advice, we have moved all our office staff to remote working from home and our warehouse staff are working with increased cleaning and safety protocols to ensure that we continue to be able to provide great service to you.
We remain available for you to shop from home and will continue to deliver the best possible service. And to make things easier and safer for you, we are pleased to offer the following:
- Contactless deliveries via our partners at DPD
- For orders placed from 1st March 2020, we have extended our returns policy to 90 days, CLICK HERE for details
- Customers who made orders prior to 1st November 2020 will have 90 days to return their items back to us, after the date of purchase.
- Orders made from 1st November 2020 can be returned up to the 31st January 2021.
- Orders placed after 30th December 2020 is 30 days from order date
- Saddles have a 30 day return period, after the date of purchase.
